Fab at 50 is a gentle physical activity program suitable for all ages and those who haven't exercised recently.  It is a safe supportive environment to increase mobility and fitness. Exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere.

Fab at 50 is open to people at all levels and is safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.

Fab at 50 is run by qualifed trainers specifically trained in managing programs for higher risk clients. Classes are limited in size to ensure safe individual attention and better results.

Fab at 50 is designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity. Our qualifed staff will help you complete a pre-exercise screening form.

You may need to consult your GP before starting a Heartmoves program.
